Luxon is built on top of the ECMAScript Internationalization API, which provides a consistent and reliable way to handle dates and times across different locales and time zones.
- Getting the current date and time → DateTime.now()
- Switching it to New York time zone → .setZone('America/New_York')
- Subtracting one week from that date → .minus({ weeks: 1 })
- Jumping to the end of that day → .endOf('day')
- Converting it to ISO 8601 string format → .toISO()
